Nestled on the banks of the Ipswich River and bordered by rolling hills, Topsfield is located on the North Shore, 20 miles north of Boston. This charming New England town boasts a lovely trail system and is home to both the country’s oldest agricultural fair and the Massachusetts Audubon Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary. While Topsfield is primarily a residential community, the bustling historic village is home to numerous local shops and businesses.
